How’s your sleep been lately?
Over the years, I’ve received countless requests for support with sleep, and now I’m thrilled to offer this work in a group format for the first time.
Intention of the Session
The primary goal of this session is to clear blocks that interfere with healthy, restorative sleep for all participants. My vision is for everyone to move closer to being able to:

Fall asleep easily at appropriate times

Stay asleep through the night

Return to sleep quickly if awakened

Wake feeling fully rested and rejuvenated
Additionally, I want participants to feel energized and ready to face daily challenges when it’s not time to sleep.
Why Sleep Matters
Sleep quality affects every aspect of our lives. Poor sleep can make us irritable with loved ones, easily frustrated, and generally less resilient to everyday challenges. On the other hand, restful, consistent sleep supports calmness, happiness, optimal health, and overall functionality.
