Sleep Session 2: Clearing Your Sleeping Environment with Allie Duzett
If you struggle with sleep, there are usually several factors at play. In Sleep Session 1, we focused on ancestral and generational traumas related to sleep, as well as energies tied to nightmares and night terrors. While leading that session, it became clear that the next step had to address the sleeping environment itself.
What is the sleeping environment?
Your sleeping environment includes your bed and bedroom, bedding (pillows, sheets, etc.), and the physical structure of your room—walls, floor, ceiling—and anything else within that space.
The environment in which we sleep can have a huge impact on sleep quality.
When I was a child, I had a closet in my bedroom that terrified me constantly. I often had nightmares about it. Today, with my ability to sense energy, I recognize that the closet acted as a portal for negative energies and entities—so it’s no wonder I felt fear every night!
My goal in this session is to clear all such negative energies from your bedroom and sleeping areas. No one should spend their nights in fear due to the energy in their room.
